He Winner Flow, or what is the same, the whistle that does not whistle. Have you ever heard of what will be one of your great allies during pregnancy and childbirth?

What is Winner Flow?
Your companion Winner Flow is a whistle that, instead of whistling, puts resistance to expiration. With this resistance we will be able to activate your abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor during exercises.
In addition, it will also help you control the contractions in the phase of labor dilation on the big day.
How to use Winner Flow?
He Winner Flow has different degrees of resistance depending on the caliber we use, from 2.5 to 0.
We will set it to 2.5 when we start using it with the first exercises, to get used to breathing and so that the resistance is not excessive. After that we will close it as you progress with the exercises and as long as you feel comfortable using it.
Instead,we will never set it to 0 unless you want it to fly from your lips and you are measuring the distance you can throw it.
To use it, we will place it horizontally in the mouth, without biting it, on the thin side, and with a prolonged and somewhat particular exhalation, which we will explain in detail in our videos (a picture is worth a thousand words). You will blow while you notice the activation of your abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor.
It doesn’t have much more mystery, although its effects are fantastic. It will become a great ally of yours, both during your training and in the postpartum and, above all, you will appreciate it during the big day, in birth.
Also with our online childbirth preparation classes We’ll give you one and send it directly to your home!
