False, false and false.<\/p>\n<p>Nutrition during pregnancy is <strong>similar diet in the general population<\/strong><span class=\"\">. Let me explain. According to the information provided by the WHO, the weight to gain would be the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"defaultList\">\n<li><strong>BMI &lt; 18.5kg (underweight)<\/strong>:<span class=\"\">The diet should preferably be increased with whole grains, milk or dairy derivatives and fruit.
