You might be thinking that it’s better to train with someone who can guide you and help you personally, and you’re right.

This is a program that will teach you a standard workout that you can do on your own, and if you only follow our program, you’ll reach childbirth in great shape and knowing everything you need.

But it can also complement the training you do with a personal trainer, as on days when you don’t have a trainer, you can continue with our program.

Plus, if your trainer hasn’t heard of the Winner we’re giving you, they’ll be amazed when they see it.

My advice, as well as ACOG’s, is to start as soon as possible. It used to be recommended to rest during the first trimester, but ACOG has long been recommending exercise throughout the entire pregnancy. Among other things, this is to avoid losing fitness during the first trimester and having to recover it in the second. Of course, always with your doctor’s permission.
It’s never too late for a good thing. You should try to be as prepared as possible. Plus, you’ll also be able to do the exercises after giving birth, especially those we provide for postpartum. 

This question is my own, as no mom who has given birth is unclear about how important it is. But just in case, the answer is undoubtedly yes, it will help you a lot. 

Our course aims to ensure that you arrive at childbirth physically and psychologically prepared, not just knowledgeable. Therefore, our fundamental perspective is physiotherapy. To avoid sequelae and injuries. It is carried out entirely online, so you can access this information as often as you want, wherever you want. 

The essential item is a mat to comfortably perform the exercises, though having a large exercise ball and a big scarf will also come in handy.

You will have access forever. If you become pregnant again, you can resume it, if you have stopped doing it postpartum, which I hope you don’t. 

In principle, there are no contraindications, exercise is always good. But if you have a high-risk pregnancy or any unusual situation, please do not stop being under the supervision of your gynecologist, and ask if you can. In any case, you can consult our entire team whenever you need to. 

Both the exercise tables and the work with the winner flow will be very useful during postpartum. 

There is no refund, the Winner Flow is an intimate and personal use device and, although it is a gift, once we send it, we do not accept returns. We take between 2 and 3 days to send it, we don’t want our moms to lose time without using it.

The Winner Flow is a whistle that doesn’t whistle, what it does is put resistance to your exhalation, enhancing it and making the contraction of your abdominals, your transverse muscles, and your pelvic floor much more active, so you will be able to keep your belly stable, removing back pain, sciatica, and preparing your pelvic floor for a much safer childbirth.
