Feeling too pregnant to keep up with your figure?

We’ve got a method that’ll help you stay fit without packing on the pounds. Plus, there’s a nifty little gadget, super simple and easy to use, that comes with our method. Even if you used it alone, you’d see a remarkable difference.

If you’re serious about staying healthy and caring for your baby bump, there are accessible ways, with just 20 minutes a day, to:

  • Keep fit and not gain too much weight during pregnancy, making postpartum recovery smoother.
  • Have a less damaging postpartum and get back to feeling like your old self much quicker.
  • Build muscles that let you experience your pregnancy pain-free, cradling and protecting your baby in your womb.
  • Strengthen your pelvic floor to make it stronger and improve your birthing process.
  • Better endure contractions. They’re tough, but more bearable if you know the drill.
  • Make childbirth faster because there are things you can do to speed up dilation, and you can quicken the pushing phase if you know how to push right.
  • Identify and treat pelvic floor muscle spasms that could make childbirth a lot more painful.

Proven results.

Our method is grounded in scientific evidence and our years of professional experience. I’m María Pérez, a physiotherapist born and working in Spain. I’ve always been dedicated to training pregnant women to help them enjoy their pregnancies and childbirths more. I’ve translated what I teach in consultations to all the unique moms who want to join me in having a healthier pregnancy, a quicker childbirth, and a full recovery postpartum.

After training with our method, you’ll achieve:

  • Physical fitness that prevents discomfort during pregnancy and avoids excessive weight gain.
  • A pelvic floor that can withstand childbirth without significant damage.
  • Quicker childbirth
  • Control over your childbirth with your midwife’s assistance.
  • Knowledge of what to do at every step.

Want to give it a try?

You can’t see it right now, but there’s something you can start practicing immediately that will be incredibly beneficial for understanding what I’m talking about.

It’s all about breathing.

Try pursing your lips as if you’re going to whistle and blow out slowly—don’t actually whistle. Feel the air leaving your body and continue until you’ve exhaled completely.

If you’re doing it correctly, you’ll feel your pelvic floor contracting at the end of the exhale.

With our course and the gift we’re offering, we take that contraction to the next level.
